Your District of West Kelowna Utility Bill
The District of West Kelowna provides utility services to residents within our services areas. Depending on property location, your utility bill could apply to any combination of water, sewer and garbage and recycling services. Utility bills are mailed and due as follows:

Please call our Utility Billing Department at 778-797-8850.
New Accounts or Moving
Contact the Utility Billing Department at 778-797-8850 at least 24 hours before your move in order to close your account and/or open a new account and arrange to have your meter read. Please provide your new mailing address so that your final bill can be forwarded if applicable.
Drainage, Sewer or Water Emergencies
In the event of an emergency please call the following numbers:
Customers are responsible for water and sewer repairs on their own property. Customers should first call a plumber to determine whether the water or sewer disruption is occurring on District property or on the customer’s property.
