Business Licensing and Regulations Amendment Bylaw No. 0087.02
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8(6) and section 59(2) of the Community Charter, District of West Kelowna Council will consider an amendment to the Business Licensing and Regulations Bylaw that will require homeowners with a secondary suite to obtain and hold a valid and current business licence.
Any persons who consider they are affected by the bylaw, and wish to make representation to Council, may do so by: writing to the City Clerk, 2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna, BC, V1Z 2T6; submitting by FAX to 778-797-1001; or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Correspondence must be received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013. Representation may also be made at the Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, Council Chambers at 2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna, BC, commencing at 1:30 p.m.
