The 2010 Strategic Priorites, unveiled in Council's Feb. 16 meeting, guides decision making by setting long term goals and objectives for the community. From this vision, District resources are allocated. This year, Council has refined its focus to four categories and accompanying priority items:

For each category, goals, objectives and measurements are provided. Details of projects, with timelines and staff lead identified, related to the 2010 Strategic Priorities are outlined in the 2010 Strategic Priorities - Operational Plan. This plan is updated quarterly.
The 2010 Strategic Priorities replaces 2009 Strategic Priorities.
