Shannon Lake Traffic

With the recent completion of a phase of the Shannon Heights Subdivision, a new road connection has been opened. Specifically, Auburn Road/Ensign Way is now connected to Shannon Lake Road via Shannon Ridge Drive.
The District is receiving comments from local residents regarding this new road facility. Concerns have been expressed regarding vehicle speeds, vehicular volumes, and other traffic related matters.
In an effort to identify and address specific problems, District staff is collecting data, reviewing signage and monitoring traffic in this area. Data being collected includes vehicle counts and speeds.
